Idaho AIGA — It’s On!

Posted by & filed under Boise.

Well, it’s official — AIGA Idaho is a real-deal organization. According to the website, there were 20 new members as of the first event. I hope to get involved in the organization in some capacity, and have been speaking with the folks leading the charge (and trying to get an old classmate to come speak)….

Hitting the Ground Running

July has been a whirlwind month — it’s safe to say month number one was a success. I’ve gotten a lot done and landed some excellent projects (for good clients). The roster is a diverse mix of industry segments and types of work (from web to print to direct marketing). I’m working with a few…

The Proud Owner of an iPhone

I’m a full-on Apple guy. I’ve owned over a dozen Apple computers and have purchased three iPods over the years. I’d say I’m a fan of the Apple brand. No question about it. Originally, I planned to wait it out until the next rev of the iPhone. Until. Last Friday night. I had dinner with…

I’m still getting to know all of the baristas, but should be on a first-name basis with them all very…

I’m excited about the possibility of AIGA in Idaho. As a member since 1996, it’s been something I’ve missed greatly since I’ve been living in Boise. It’s tough to get over to my “local” Portland chapter to participate. Boise has needed this in a big way. This market is so compartmentalized. It’s hard to meet…

It’s official — Carew Co. is a Go!

We’ve been hearing about this newfangled blogging thing and that every agency must have one. So, welcome to the prerequisite Carew Co. agency blog. I’ve been blogging over at my “Jackassery” site since June 2004. I’m glad to see the agency world has caught up. Stay tuned for informative marketing speak, translation of fancy agency…
